We are seeking for experienced collectors and trainees to join our
team and help us cope with our steady growth. The right individuals
must be team players, and possess good communication skills.
Our Collectors are trained to answer consumers' questions regarding
their accounts, negotiate payment in full, or an acceptable payment
arrangement. Collectors also perform routine skip tracing procedures
to locate consumers by contacting third parties as permissible by law.
